- Account security: Keep credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
- Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Pricing changes: We may modify prices with prior notice. Changes apply on your next billing cycle.
- Taxes: Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and levies.

3. Use of Content & Intellectual Property
“Content” means materials we provide through the Service (including articles, templates, workflows, videos, and documentation). “Licensed Use” means your personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms and any purchase-specific license.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Content for the Licensed Use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us and our licensors.
- Do not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly display Content except as expressly permitted.
- Do not remove proprietary notices or circumvent access controls.
- Use of trademarks, logos, or brand elements requires our prior written consent.
4. User Content & Prohibited Uses

- You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service.
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
- Ensure you have the rights to submit and that submissions do not violate any third-party rights.
Prohibited Uses
- Illegal activity, infringement, or violation of others’ privacy.
- Malware, scraping at scale, or attempts to bypass security.
- Misuse that harms platform performance or availability.
- Use that conflicts with any posted product-specific terms or Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Termination
Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page or checkout, digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered. If a money-back window is advertised, requests must be initiated within that window and include your purchase email and order ID.
- Cancellations: You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Charge disputes: Contact us first; if unresolved, your bank may handle according to its policies.
- Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or to comply with legal requests.

7. Governing Law, Disputes & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DigitalSavvyHQ is organized, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Venue for disputes will be in the competent courts or arbitration forums of that jurisdiction.
Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may proceed to small-claims court or binding arbitration, where applicable by law.

8. Changes to These Terms
